Marshwood Clubhouse

For the Marshwood Clubhouse in Savannah, Georgia, our team delivered a comprehensive turnkey wood framing and heavy timber packages that provided the structural framework for this premier community facility. The project included exterior and interior structural wall framing, roof trusses, stick-built roof framing, ceiling framing, exterior wall and roof sheathing, and LVL beams. Our scope also included an expansive exposed heavy timber system with T&G ceilings. By coordinating materials, engineering support, fabrication, freight, and field installation under a single contract, we helped streamline construction while ensuring a durable, code-compliant structure built to meet the project’s performance requirements.
