For Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s Night Heron Park in Kiawah Island, South Carolina, our team provided a comprehensive turnkey wood framing package encompassing the Amenities Building, exterior boardwalk and decking systems, and the signature Treehouse Bar. The project included engineered wall framing, roof trusses, rafters, stair systems, porch and deck framing, structural beams, parapet walls, extensive wood decking and railing systems, and specialty framing for the Treehouse Bar’s distinctive trellis and radial roof structure. Designed to withstand demanding coastal conditions, the project also included structural sheathing, bracing, hardware, and complete installation services, along with engineering-sealed shop drawings and on-site construction support.
