Project overview

For the Roper MOB Sawmill Medical Office Building in Summerville, South Carolina, our team delivered a complete light gauge steel roof truss system engineered to meet the project’s structural requirements and high coastal wind-load demands. The scope included the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of high roof trusses, entrance roof trusses, drag trusses, overbuild trusses, mechanical access walkway framing, metal roof decking, and comprehensive temporary and permanent bracing systems. Designed in accordance with the 2018 International Building Code and engineered for wind speeds up to 158 mph, the galvanized steel framing system provided exceptional strength, durability, and long-term performance. This project showcases our expertise in delivering precision-engineered light gauge steel framing solutions for healthcare facilities where quality, reliability, and efficient project execution are critical to success.
